Email Titles That Will Rocket Your Open Rates

Are you frustrated by your emails not being opened, or experiencing low open rates, and wondering what is wrong? Then this is for you.

Get People Actually Opening Your Emails!

We know why emails are important for our students, we also have now committed to writing a series of emails to keep that connection with our list but how do we get that ever-sought-after open rate up and more importantly that person to engage with our emails?

To get you started here are some ideas that you can combine into your broadcast emails that your subscribers will want to open.

I have talked about the types of emails you can send this helps with the content within an email,  In this post I will give you the subject line so all you have to do is fill in the blanks and watch the results.

  1.  Limited Time Offer: Save XX% on [Product/Service Name]!" This title creates a sense of urgency and exclusivity, making subscribers feel like they don't want to miss out on a great deal
  2. "Introducing [New Product/Service Name] – Get Yours Today!" People love new things, and introducing a new product or service can pique their interest and encourage them to open the email.
  3. "[Name], You Won't Believe What We Have for You..." This title is intriguing and makes subscribers curious about what you have to offer. It creates a feeling of anticipation and excitement.
  4. "Get Exclusive Access to [Benefit or Content] – Only for Our Subscribers!" Everyone loves feeling special and getting exclusive access to something. This title makes subscribers feel like they are part of a select group.
  5. "Last Chance to [Take Advantage of an Offer or Sign Up for an Event]!" This title creates a sense of urgency and encourages subscribers to act quickly before it's too late. It can be particularly effective for time-sensitive promotions or events.

Remember to keep your email titles short, clear, and specific to the content of the email. Also, avoid using all caps or spammy language, as these can hurt your credibility and reduce your open rates.

Obviously, 5 is not enough so here are some more for you. 

  1. "5 Tips for [Solving a Problem or Achieving a Goal]" Offering tips or advice on a topic of interest to your subscribers can be a great way to add value to your email content and build a relationship with your audience.
  2. "Join Our Community: [Name of Community or Group]" If you have a community or group that your subscribers can be a part of, this title can encourage them to join and engage with your brand on a deeper level.
  3. "Get Inspired: [A Topic or Theme]" This title can introduce a piece of content, like a blog post or video, that provides inspiration or motivation to your subscribers. People are often drawn to content that helps them feel inspired or motivated.
  4. "Behind the Scenes: [A Sneak Peek into Your Business or Process]" This title can give subscribers an exclusive look into how your business operates or how you create your products/services. It helps to build transparency and trust with your audience.
  5. "Ask the Expert: [Interview with an Industry Expert or Influencer]" This title can introduce an interview with a well-known expert or influencer in your industry. It can help to position your brand as knowledgeable and connected within your industry.

Give a couple of these a try and see how you go, remember to make your emails relevant and not too long with a call to action in each one.

This is only a handful to get you going, these have all been used with great success the key is to make sure your subscribers are engaged and that won't happen if you only email them once a year or when you want to sell something
